Oh yeah remember how I told you about our anniversary/ wedding photos? here they are and they are fabulous!
I was never really in love with any of our Wedding photo's. The weather did not cooperate...I didn't look at out photographers portfolio and I prefer a different style then what I had. I was so excited that Wade went along with Amy's idea of giving us a wedding re-do for our 5 year anniversary. Thank you Amy and Dusty!!!

Day 4
We spent most of the day in the car on our way to the Neuschwanstein castle. It is located about 5.5 hours from Prague in the Bavarian alps in Germany. This castle is with in walking distance of Hohenschwangau castle. It was literally one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. It was magical being there. Walt Disney was inspired by this castle and that is what the Walt Disney world castle is modeled after. Go look up pictures of this castle. It is amazing. The inside is even prettier than the outside and the setting is breath taking. Also stop and get a doughnut on your way down from the castle.... I have dreams about those doughnuts they were SO wonderful.

Day 3
Day 3
We woke up early to snow on the ground. the lighting was perfect for our mock wedding photo shoot. Our friends are photographers and we helped them out by being models. We walked down to the Charles bridge and then through the city a bit. It was cold but really fun. All the little old men on the street smiled and did the "it's cold out here" arm rub and half the woman stayed and watched a bit and smiled and some glared as if they were saying "I hate that my boyfriend wont commit" My favorite person was this guy who stopped and asked if he could take our picture, then take a picture of us Dusty and Amy and then one with me and Wade. It was really fun feeling like a celebrity. After the shoot we got picked up for our tour to Kutna Hora (a small town about 45 minutes out of Prague. We visited the bone church while we were there and walked though the Cathedral of St Barbara and around town. To be honest the bone church was pretty creepy but it was an interesting way of preserving someones bones. I guess it is more interesting then putting them in a box.

Wasn't wade so cute in a bow tie? I think so. Also I wore a cute white fur jacket over the dressIt was really bright
I think this is called the power tower in Prague just before we left for our tour of Kutna HoraWednesday, January 26, 2011

Prague day 1
Our trip was fantastic. Thank you Dusty and Amy (Best buds from High school) for suggesting it. I honestly could not have imagined how wonderful Prague and Germany are. Right now Wade and I are trying to get back to our normal sleeping habits (almost there thank you for the sleeping tip Dust) and catching up at work. Both of us came back to extremely busy weeks of work. I will cover our trip day by day and try to include fun pictures of our trip as I go. I will save the artsy ones for my photo blog. here is an outline of our trip
Day 1 and 2-travel, hotel, Prague, eat and SLEEP!
Day 3- More Prague
Day 4 Pictures (wedding shoot we were models) Kutna Hora and a marionette show
Day 5 Neuschwanstein castle
Day 6 Chesky Krumlov/ Cheske Bodejovice
Day 7 Prauge- wrap up day and Swan lake Ballet
Day 8 Travel (23 hours)
Day 1
We left our house around 1:00pm on 1/17 and got a few last items before our trip. Our flight left around 4:50 pm from SLC and went to Paris. We arrived in Paris 11:30am (8 hours ahead of us so really 3:30 am our time) Our flight left paris at 1:30 and we arrived in Prague at 2:40 pm. Sadly I misunderstood my friends tip for travel and I did NOT sleep as I was suppose to. I was awake for close to 40 hours. Dusty and Amy arrived at 2:45 so we met up and got our bags and met our driver Peter who took us to our hotel. We got unpacked and headed out to the city to take some pictures and get some dinner. The Food in Prague was AMAZING. I like everything I ate there. Sadly I don't have any pictures from that evening because the memory card I bought was faulty but I took 700 more from this trip so you will still get to see much of our travels. Most of the pictures look something like this
In other news.. I have CANKLES (Calf-Ankles, sausage ankles ect) it is a sad time. Does anyone know a remedy? I have been elevating my feet. The swelling is going down but not quickly enough.
